Butt Salad's Patentless Micro-Stutter Removal Steam Deck Replicates controller layout by rebinding keyboard. "Disable Gamepad" in configuration menu (not the PlayOnline Config or the actual game client, but the one that pops up as a startup option). It doesn't work for everyone, but it's worth a shot.
